Block Window Systems Warranty

Subject to the conditions set forth below, Block Window Systems, guarantees to the original consumer purchaser, that the product shall be free from manufacture defects for a period of 10 years. This warranty applies to the original purchaser.  The obligation of manufacturer is limited and shall not include the removal of the original unit or the installation of the replacement unit or any costs or expenses of shipping and handling other than expressly set forth herein.  Replacement units provided under this warranty shall be subject to the terms and conditions hereof, except that the term of such warranty on replacement units shall not extend beyond the terms applicable to the original unit replaced.  Any claim must be supported by dated proof of purchase by the claimant and must be presented in writing within thirty (30) days after any substantial failure has occurred.  

Additionally, all complete window products come with a limited warranty that covers all manufacture defects for a period of two full years, from the date of purchase. All warranties are void if the product is subject to improper installation, abuse, misuse, or harsh treatment.
