Answer
: Block Windows Direct orders are sent over the Internet using PGP encryption. PGP provides protection against anyone eavesdropping on the network. 3. Will the blocks turn yellow when exposed to sunlight?
Answer: Our acrylic is UV stabilized and does not turn yellow.

4. Is an acrylic block energy efficient?
Answer: Yes, it comes with either a thermally-broken aluminum frame, or a vinyl frame with a tested energy rating comparable to 7/8" insulated glass.

5. What is the warranty from Block Window Systems?
Answer:  Our block windows are warranted for 10 years. For full details of the warranty, please check the products page.

6. Is there a discount for deliveries to a commercial address?
Answer:  Shipping to a commercial address is less expensive than shipping to a residence.  To qualify as a commercial address, the location must be accessible by a semi-truck and not be a residence.  This discount does not include home businesses or offices.  The reduction will not show up on the check out page or your initial confirmation, but will show on your invoice copy which will be mailed to you.  The freight will be charged to your credit card at the reduced rate.  The discount is as follows: $15 for one window, $25 for two windows, or $30 for 3 windows.  This discount is a subtraction to the freight only.

7. What if the product arrives damaged?
Answer:  Before signing the Bill of Lading, check for any damage to the shipment!

  • Is the Pallet/Skid fully intact?
  • Is the cardboard or bubble wrap pierced, torn or ripped?

What to do if your shipment is damaged

1.  Note any damage on the Bill of Lading
